Using the Triangle of Health model, kinesiology addresses the physical, emotional and biochemical aspects of wellbeing. Through muscle assessment, kinesiology helps identify stress patterns and imbalances within the nervous system, supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance and function optimally..

Emotions
Our emotions are essentially energy in motion. When we block this energy from flowing freely through our body, these emotions become stored in the body.
In a kinesiology session, we use muscle biofeedback to identify underlying emotions causing energy imbalances. When emotions aren't properly processed and expressed, they can lead to physical and psychological issues.
Our goal is to bring these subconscious emotions to the surface, gently process them, shift the perspective around them and find new ways to approach life, thereby creating a more nurturing body chemistry.
