Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a kinesiology session or package from Natalia Ely Kinesiology, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Appointments & Expiry Single sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase. Packages of 3 sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. Packages of 6 sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase. Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Less than 24 hours’ notice → 50% fee applies Missed appointment → full session fee applies Thank you for valuing this time and your commitment to your healing. 3. Refunds & Change of Mind Policy Under Australian Consumer Law, refunds are only provided for major faults or failures in service. Change-of-mind refunds are not available. However, unused sessions in a package may be credited towards future services at our discretion. If you are unable to continue using your sessions due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons), please contact us to discuss possible alternatives. 4. Package Renewals & Extensions Packages do not auto-renew. If you wish to continue after completing your sessions, you will need to purchase a new package.
